Drawing from years of experience working as a solicitor with law firms DLA Piper and Minter Ellison, Yan-Li is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings.

She has completed award winning training to become a Liveability Real Estate Specialist allowing her to highlight Liveability Features in marketing and promotion to buyers, with the aim of maximising price.

Alongside her property management role at Buchan Lee, Parish continues to work as a legal costs specialist negotiating matters in the Federal and High Courts of Australia.

She is a proud mother of three and loves her groodle named Dusty Springfield.

James can combine a wide practical knowledge of all facets of construction with an ability to prepare the highly complex economic and feasibility studies required for major projects.

He loves classical and jazz music, as well as fishing (if he can find the time for it).

Migrating from Malaysia to attend University in Adelaide, Jackie forged a successful accounting career before creating Buchan Lee Property Group in the 90’s.

Jackie’s vibrant personality, appreciation of client’s needs and a persistent attitude of obtaining results has seen her become one of the Adelaide property market’s highest achievers.

Peter Buchan, co-founder of Buchan Lee Property Group, passed away at Wakefield Hospital after being unable to recover from surgery. He died peacefully in the company of family and close friends.

We are all deeply saddened and will miss his many endearing qualities.
